Description
The red dry wine is utterly produced from fine-quality Saperavi grapes. The latter are sourced from different microzones in Kakheti, Georgia. It boasts a delicious taste which offers a hint of different fruits. Its long-lingering finish and sweet mulberry character make it perfect to be teamed with the kebab, steak and pork rib.
- Country of origin: Georgia.
- Region: Kakheti.
- Grape sources: microzones of Mukuzani, Akhasheni, Khashmi, Kindzmarauli, Napareuli, Khvareli and Kondoli.
- After four days on the skins the wine is pressed off and finishes primary fermentation in tanks, before undergoing secondary malolactic fermentation.
- A hint of the fresh grape, cherry and vanilla flavors.
- The traditional taste of the Saperavi wine is perfectly combined with the notes of oak distinguished by its deep red color.
