Oak aging 14 months in French oak barrels of 1st, 2nd and 3rd use.

Analytical Data Alcohol: 14.8. Residual sugars 2.5 g/l. Total acidity tartaric /l: 5.25. Volatile acidity in acetic: 0.67 g/l.

Organoleptic Description Color: Intense red with purple highlights.

Aroma: Complex and expressive, subtly mixed with aromas of violets and cherries, in balance with the dark chocolate notes and toasted flavor from its oak aging.

Palate: Elegant and balanced. Warm, Sweet and smooth impact with marked tannins. Mouth-filling. His weight on the palate translates cherry notes into jam and sweet tobacco. Fresh acidity which complements the heat of the alcohol strength, proving endless pleasant sensations and honest aromas in the palate. Lenghty finish.
