Tasting notes: intense ruby red, extraordinarily elegant, a

vinous scent with notes of underwood fruit. Refines in

Allier oak barriques, it has a delicate, lightly tannic and

persistent taste. Excellent with spiced dishes, roast and

aged cheeses.
