VINIFICAZIONE: diraspatura da uve, seguita dalla macerazione sulle bucce per 15/18 giorni. Dopo la svinatura il vino, segue un affinamento di 6 mesi in botti di rovere di Allier, fermentazione malolattica in legno
COLORE: Rosso rubino intenso
PROFUMO: Il molto ricco aroma è caratterizzato da frutti rossi, prugna, cannella, bacche di ginepro, mare e minerali note; vaniglia e profumi sandalo addolcire la sua forte e imprevedibile natura
SAPORE: profonda, forte, setosa ed energico. La sua struttura è composta di una concentrazione tannica fitta e irresistibile. Il retrogusto è lungo durevole, con un sapore molto piacevole.
