This great red wine has a strong structure. With an average of 12 months in barriques (225-liter oak barrels), the wine developed its own flavors that matches those of the oak, including coconut, clove, vanilla and cinnamon. Artist labels of Britzingen St. John, Dattingen St. Jacobus, Badenweiler St. Paul and St. Peter always express the existing close relationship between church and wine. The label shows a window of the respective church of the village and the vineyards of the grapes for this wine.
