    • Prawns were caught by day-trip fishing boats and processed immediately.
    • They were then peeled off one by one by hand within 12 hours.
    • Made by pickling the peeled ones in Junmai sake lees with kelp, salt, and rice malt.
    • Characterized by its melting sweetness with high content of amino acid.
    • Without the use of artificial additives.
    • Tasty and well-flavored.
    • Suitable for gift giving or personal indulgence.
    • Great to be enjoyed as snack or side dish.
    • Packaging: vacuum packed.
    • Storage: should be kept at below -18℃ in freezer.

    • Prawns pickled in Yuzu-flavored rice malt miso or marinated in spicy sauce and rice malt are also available.
