Material: 300g coated one side card mounting with corrugated board
Printing: 4 process colours printing with matt lamination
Construction: tuck-in top and locking bottom with inner tray
Remarks: this box is designed for tea pot packing. The challenge is how to fix and protect tea pot and it's cover properly during transportation. The most simplest way is making moulded foam or EVA, but that's too costly and not eco-friendly enough. Finally, making paper tray with die-cut holes to fix that inside box.
