Description
This multi-award winning wine comes from the outstanding 2012 vintage. It is part of our Premium Regional Selection Range, in which a wine has to be an outstanding example of the grape variety and has strong regional characteristics to qualify. Made from grapes from two selected vineyards with vines that age 23 years and older in the sub-region of Cold Stream, this wine is then fermented in new oak and barriques for 14 months. This is a wine of great balance and poise that will improve over more than 10 years of careful cellaring.
