Description
- The salt baked products dedicated pigment belongs to the Monascus series.
- It is made of rice and soybeans, by the technology of liquid submerged fermentation, so that the Monascus is metabolized into yellow tone pigment, which is then refined by unique techniques.
- The pigment has the characteristics such as high stability in light and heat, wide PH adaptation range, safety and non-toxic, and convenient usage, etc.
- Traits: orange yellow powder, soluble in water and alcohol, and its tone is almost free from the impact of environmental changes in PH, and the yellow color is bright under alkaline conditions.
- Applications:
It can not only be applied for salt baked product coloring, but also be widely used in the coloring of rice and flour products, spices, barbecue sauces, fruit juices, beverages, jellies, candy, cakes.
It is an ideal substitute of chemical synthetic pigments such as lemon yellow, etc. - Usage:
- The product should be directly dissolved by water or edible alcohol in accordance with the amount needed, and then be added into the ingredient for coloring and then be mixed evenly.
- The amount can be adjusted in accordance with the hue requirement of the products.
- Packaging: 200g, 5kg specifications, the outer box is 10kg carton.
