    Description
The Tradition 2010 is produced from a blend of Carignan old vines, Grenache Noir and Syrah. This red wine is designed to represent the traditional know-how of the Minervois. These grapes varieties, emblematic of the appellation, come together to result in a generous and accessible red wine. Harvested 100% manually, the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed. The vinification and the maceration last between 15 and 20 days. A ‘soft’ extraction is performed by daily pumping over all of the wine. The aging takes place in stainless steel and cement vats. The deep colour is of a red underscored by purple reflections. The nose at first is marked by notes of spices and pepper, which then opens up to reveal aromas of red fruits of a kirsch like nature. The palate is suave, round and full and is typical of the Minervois from where it comes.
