Q2. How long is the warranty period?

A2: In general, we provide 12 months warranty after delivery.  

Q3. Is it possible to send us sample for evaluation?

A3: Yes. After the quotation of sample and mass quantity for your demand schedule has been confirmed, you can require a samples to check our product’s quality. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality. But the sample fee and freight will be charged from you.

Q4: What is the minimum order?

A4: Yes, our company mainly deals with wholesale deals, but if you insist buying one set, welcome to take a sample for you check quality and function. 

Q5. Can we have our logo to be printed on the products or package?

A5: We hope you know that our company perfectly support customized logo service. Testing sample is for functional valuation, only neutral packing and no any Logo printing. We can print the logo on your product & packaging according to your requirement, when you order quantity is above 1000 units. 

Q6: Which kind of payment method do you accept?

A6: Usually we can accept normal payment methods - that is: T/T and Western Union. And if you prefer to wayin other way, please let us know in advance.

Q7. How will you deliver our goods to us?

A7: We ship by air and sea generally. At the same time, we cooperate with international express, such as DHL, Fedex, TNT to makesure our customer get their goods as scheduled. 

Q8. How does your company control the quality before shipping?

A8.With MES system and eSOP,  we proceed orders in our automatic production lines. For raw material, our IQC department comply with the full of inspection. These finished products need aging 12 hours before shipping. QA is the last production process. If we find disqualified products randomly, this batch goods will be rework until they are OK, which is key point how we control the quality.
