A new residential development located in West London, an area long defined by its heritage of craft and manufacturing. From the production of Spitfire aircraft components and bespoke instruments for Bentley motor cars, to today’s independent perfumers, leather artisans, and jewellery designers, the streets surrounding Lyons Place are rooted in a culture of making.
Over 50 products and materials historically associated with the surrounding streets were carefully researched and sourced. These objects were then combined with elements from the interior design palette to construct a series of bespoke 3D sets.
Each set maps the buildings, streets, and key features of the area—including Regent’s Canal, which runs alongside the development—creating a layered and spatial interpretation of place.
By creating and photographing these crafted compositions, the project captures the spirit of the neighbourhood in an authentic and tangible way. The identity draws from the area’s heritage of making, translating it into a contemporary visual language.
In doing so, the branding connects past and future—celebrating the legacy of craftsmanship while positioning Lyons Place as a continuation of that story.
