Image of the certificate and/or document. The Advertiser is responsible for providing any and all information about the certificate and/or document that may be required to complete the Services. Although SGS shall make every effort to ensure the accuracy and contemporariness of the information provided by the Advertiser and any such publicly available sources during performance of the Services, SGS has no control of and thus cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy and authenticity of such information. Therefore, SGS shall disclaim any and all liability for the accuracy of such information. The Services do not warrant that the goods and/or services of the Advertiser will meet any particular criteria of quality or performance. The Advertisers and any third party are responsible for their decisions to make whatever use of the results of the Services and shall accept all risks for any loss or damage of any kind that may occur. SGS accepts no liability for the consequences of any action taken or not taken on the basis of the results of the Services by the Advertisers and any third party. Over the years, the company has established a high reputation in the international market for pearls with huge numbers of overseas' buyers all over the world. The company has expanded their factory, as employing over 800 skilled workers, which located at Guangdong, Mainland China; and a team of dynamic specialists working in the Hong Kong headoffice, who create the latest designs to meet global market trends and to promote the pearl products to various levels from sophisticated to teenage fashion.

Ever since the expansion, Bay's now cultivate pearls in their own lake of over 1,000 acre, not only providing the company with most supplies every year, also continuous searching and improving the pearl farming techniques to grows larger, rounder and better luster pearls. The farm is now growing some pearls up to 13 to 14mm, that is really encouraging and give enough confidence for future improvement.

After harvest, pearls are transported to their factory for processing. With different divisions, pearls are being washed, sorted, bleached, drilled, before strung up into a necklace. After all these procedures, the finished products are checked by quality control department in factory and comes to final checking by the quality controller team at their Hong Kong office, as to ensure all products distributed to their clients are in the best condition and finishing.
