CASA EL PAJARO VERDE

HERITAGE OF LOVE FOR MEXICO

Pajaro Verde is a family brand and a legacy dating back to 1860, when Don Mariano Villanueva y Francesconi—a leading light of 19th-century thought—established himself as a symbol of honesty and truth through the written word in his newspaper, El Pajaro Verde.

This symbol of honesty and truth was passed down from generation to generation, and today we have transformed it into an exceptional Tequila Extra Anejo. Rich with intense notes of wood, hazelnut, vanilla, and chocolate, it stands out as truly extraordinary—a tribute to that heritage and to our own story.
