Image of the certificate and/or document. The Advertiser is responsible for providing any and all information about the certificate and/or document that may be required to complete the Services. Although SGS shall make every effort to ensure the accuracy and contemporariness of the information provided by the Advertiser and any such publicly available sources during performance of the Services, SGS has no control of and thus cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy and authenticity of such information. Therefore, SGS shall disclaim any and all liability for the accuracy of such information. The Services do not warrant that the goods and/or services of the Advertiser will meet any particular criteria of quality or performance. The Advertisers and any third party are responsible for their decisions to make whatever use of the results of the Services and shall accept all risks for any loss or damage of any kind that may occur. SGS accepts no liability for the consequences of any action taken or not taken on the basis of the results of the Services by the Advertisers and any third party. Our journey in the gemstone and jewelry industry began in 1991, when our founder, Mr. Kailash Chandra Khandelwal, identified a major gap in the sourcing of emeralds from Brazil. At a time when quality, pricing, and consistency were significant challenges, he took the initiative to source directly, establish reliable supply, and eventually set up operations to support businesses worldwide. With a focus on fair margins and long-term relationships, he successfully supplied gemstones and jewelry materials to companies across global markets.

With our head office now based in Bangkok, the business has grown into its second generation. In 2025, while operations were stable, we observed a recurring problem within the jewelry industry — many businesses were struggling with delayed shipments, inconsistent gemstone quality, and missing out on fast-moving trends. This often led to lost sales opportunities and increased dead stock.

As the next generation joined the business, we spent significant time understanding these challenges. One of the biggest gaps we identified was in gemstone sourcing itself — businesses often deal with multiple vendors, inconsistent cutting, unclear pricing, and delays, which slows down their entire production process.

To solve this, we strengthened our foundation by working closely with our sister company, Crimson Gems Co., Ltd., which specializes in gemstone manufacturing and sourcing. This allows us to maintain strict control over quality, cutting standards, pricing consistency, and timely availability of stones, ensuring that our partners do not face unnecessary delays or compromises.

At Jewelry by Crimson, we combine this strong sourcing backbone with trend-focused jewelry manufacturing and fast execution. We actively study market trends and prepare designs in advance so our clients can access products at the beginning of a trend — not after it has passed.

With dispatch timelines as quick as 2 days and delivery within 10–14 days worldwide, we help businesses stay ready with the right inventory at the right time. This approach allows our partners to sell during peak demand, reduce unsold stock, and improve overall profitability.
