In 1997, GWSTC was established as a joint venture of CEPREI (China CEPREI Laboratory) and HKSTC (Hong Kong Standards & Testing Centre). It became a wholly owned subsidiary of CEPREI in 2012, continuing to offer third-party consumer product testing and quality technology services to enterprises from home and abroad in the spirit of impartiality, quality and professionalism.
GWSTC has a specialized, rigorous and committed quality assurance team and a strict laboratory management system. It establishes capabilities in chemical, physical and mechanical, electronical, EMC and environmental experiment testing, acquiring HOKLAS, CNAS, CPSC, AQSIQ and MATTEL, etc. GWSTC offers toy and consumer goods testing services in the certificate of US, Europe, Australia, Japan, Middle East, China, etc. In particular, it provides services for manufacturers like Mattel and Hasbro. GWSTC serving customers all over the world.
 CEPREI is a national certification, testing and reliability research body established in 1955. It provides worldwide product and security testing, experiments and analytical assessment services, evaluation, certification, calibration, information services, management system consultation, technical training services, etc. CEPREI provides technical support and services for over 15,000 companies every year.
