Image of the certificate and/or document. The Advertiser is responsible for providing any and all information about the certificate and/or document that may be required to complete the Services. Although SGS shall make every effort to ensure the accuracy and contemporariness of the information provided by the Advertiser and any such publicly available sources during performance of the Services, SGS has no control of and thus cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy and authenticity of such information. Therefore, SGS shall disclaim any and all liability for the accuracy of such information. The Services do not warrant that the goods and/or services of the Advertiser will meet any particular criteria of quality or performance. The Advertisers and any third party are responsible for their decisions to make whatever use of the results of the Services and shall accept all risks for any loss or damage of any kind that may occur. SGS accepts no liability for the consequences of any action taken or not taken on the basis of the results of the Services by the Advertisers and any third party. SGS provides the Services in a consulting basis.  We have a 100% Hong Kong owned wooden toys and wooden products factory in China. Our China factory - Harvard (Qingxin) Arts and Crafts Factory Limited is located in Qingyuan, Guangdon Province. 

We have a long history and experience for production of top quality items for the U.S.A and Japan. The factory was set up in 1993, almost 20 years ago, and we have since established ourselves as a reliable manufacturer of quality wooden toys and wooden products at reasonable prices. 

Our Business Approach: to do the best we can to provide quality and value to our customers on a consistent basis. We will never compromise on quality. We put the interest of our customers ahead of ours to eliminate the risks and uncertainties in toys imports from China.

Toy Safety is our #1 concern and we address this concern by the following approach:

1. Material - we use only top grade material for our production. Wood selection is extremely strict and there are no objectionable blemishes or imperfections in the wood. The MDF and plywood used in our factory are of E0 quality and are also CARB Phase II compliant. The painting material, glue, metal hardware etc. are either imported or sourced from Hong Kong and Taiwan factories to reduce the possibility that they might be tainted. Furthermore, they are frequently tested to ensure conformity and compliance to USA and EU standards.

2. Production - we do not use any sub-contractors. To ensure quality and safety, every piece of our product is made in-house in our factory. Nothing is sent outside for sub-contracting. 

3. Quality guarantee - as all aspects of our production is controlled inside our factory, our quality is very consistent and there is no chance of a bad shipment or a bad piece slipping through our quality control system. We stand behind our production and we guarantee the quality of our products, every single shipment, every single piece, 100%.

4. risk free - there are thousands of wood factories in China but importing from China should not be a risky venture. The key is to work with a factory who has the necessary engineering and technical knowledge and experience to make a quality product. More importantly, the Harvard factory has your interest at heart and will not try to shave a couple of pennies from the product by cutting corners and ship you sub-standard merchandise.
