Image of the certificate and/or document. The Advertiser is responsible for providing any and all information about the certificate and/or document that may be required to complete the Services. Although SGS shall make every effort to ensure the accuracy and contemporariness of the information provided by the Advertiser and any such publicly available sources during performance of the Services, SGS has no control of and thus cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy and authenticity of such information. Therefore, SGS shall disclaim any and all liability for the accuracy of such information. The Services do not warrant that the goods and/or services of the Advertiser will meet any particular criteria of quality or performance. The Advertisers and any third party are responsible for their decisions to make whatever use of the results of the Services and shall accept all risks for any loss or damage of any kind that may occur. SGS accepts no liability for the consequences of any action taken or not taken on the basis of the results of the Services by the Advertisers and any third party. SGS provides the Services in a consulting basis. The Services does not constitute a legal opinion and they are no substitute for professional legal advice to ensure compliance of the Advertiser with the applicable laws and regulation. Factory in Mainland China: Dongguan Joel Packing Products Co. Ltd is founded in March, 2010, which is located on #93 Zhenxing Road Shangjiao Community, Chang’an Town,Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. There’s single building with 5,772㎡ for this whole fty and 3072㎡ for our workshop. Moreover, the transportation here is it’s very convenient.

We are specialized in moulding making, parts injection(IMR/IML injection), Heat Transfer Printing Film, Mould film, IML process, Production of Wood Grain Transfer Film, Hot Stamping,Heat Transfer Printing with our own design or customer’s design, & R&D for non-standard Heat Transfer Printing Machine’s  production, which is a comprehensive factory. 
With the mutual efforts from all employee for several years, our products completely meet our domestic customers’ & overseas customers’ requirement as we strictly follow our SOP. Therefore, we smoothly got ISO:9001 Quality System certification and became Disney’s authorized supplier. 1: We purchased 1 set of 9-color automatic gravure printing machine and 2 sets of 10-color automatic gravure printing machine, 3 sets of cutting machine, and 3 sets of quality checking machine, which they are used for the production for heat transfer printing film, IMR film(mould inside label) & IML film.
2: There’re 102 sets Heat Transfer Printing machine,  2 sets of Vacuum Heat Transfer Printing machine, 22 sets of moving Heat Transfer Printing machine, 1 set of automatic cable Heat Transfer Printing machine for cable and 18sets of hot stamping machine, which are used for customers’ heat transfer printing and hot stamping production, etc.
3: There are 2 sets of 100T ~180T standing injection machine and 4 sets of 150T ~ 300T injection machine as well, which are used for injecting parts.
4: There are 3 production lines w/ 2 sets of ultrasonic, 1bilister machine and 1 automatic bag sealing machine etc., which are used for assembly lines & packing line.
Product Quality Control:
1: We use environment protection w/ no harm ink materials, there’s BV&SGS testing report for all raw material, which can meet international safety criterion.
2: We made Quality Manual, set up ROSH systerm of exporting goods to Europe and material trace system.
3: We adopted advanced testing machine for incoming material or finished goods inspection, and we also set up a lab for product testing.
Major Customers:
: Our major customers are Disney, Kitty, ABB and our domestic top brand companies. We not only meet the needs for our customers in Pearl River Delta of China, but also sale our products to Europe, America, Japan & Southeast Asia, etc.
