NAGO PINEAPPLE WINERY

Nago Pineapple Winery is a family of pineapple wines and Okinawan craft spirits from Nago, in the north of Okinawa, Japan. Founded in 1992, we were one of the very few wineries in Japan to make wine from pineapples, using fruit grown in Okinawa's subtropical climate. In 2022 we opened La Piña Distillery inside Nago Pineapple Park, a popular visitor attraction, where we distil spirits from local ingredients — shikuwasa citrus, sugarcane and pineapple — and mature and finish whisky in Okinawa's warm climate. Our flagship THE UTAKI is a malt whisky finished in casks that previously held our own pineapple brandy, a cask that exists nowhere else in the world. Visitors can see the winery and distillery and taste the range at the park every day. We are looking for importers and distributors in Hong Kong and Asia.
