Although SGS shall make every effort to ensure the accuracy and contemporariness of the information provided by the Advertiser and any such publicly available sources during performance of the Services, SGS has no control of and thus cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy and authenticity of such information. Therefore, SGS shall disclaim any and all liability for the accuracy of such information. The Services do not warrant that the goods and/or services of the Advertiser will meet any particular criteria of quality or performance. The Advertisers and any third party are responsible for their decisions to make whatever use of the results of the Services and shall accept all risks for any loss or damage of any kind that may occur. SGS accepts no liability for the consequences of any action taken or not taken on the basis of the results of the Services by the Advertisers and any third party. This invention was made because many taxi passengers leave their belongings in the taxi. Private car users sometimes forget to take the things they should take when leaving their cars. Going back to their cars' park to take their things is inconvenient and waste of time.

According to news report, in London, the reported cases of leaving mobile phones solely in taxis is about 10,000 per month. In 2012, 210,000 items were reported to be left in Tokyo taxis by passengers. Similar situations are expected to exist in other cities. 

Beginning from early 2014, some Japanese taxis are equipped with cameras and equipment capable to release alarm call when there is passenger's belongings left in the taxi. It calls when the photos of the taxi back seat or trunk area taken before and after the passenger's ride are not identical. That alarm calls the passenger from outside the taxi back to the car to take his/her belongings.

This invention is better than that Japanese invention in some important respects: 
1) Its call can be stopped at once by merely a press on a button done by the passenger for stopping the noise disturbance but not switching off the reminder (no need to re-press the button to restore the call function). The time taken for checking if any item is left in the taxi is relatively short. 
2) It can be installed easily just by following its installation instruction and diagrams. 
3) Its cost is much lower (estimated installation cost per taxi door is HK$200.0, or installation cost for three taxi doors is about HK$600.0 or about US$77.0). 

Its functions are very stable, it is waterproof and will never ignite any inflammable gas. As passengers leaving their belongings in the taxi makes no loss to the driver and taxi owner, taxi owners are unlikely to initiate this invention installation in their taxis. But when there is the product of this invention for sale in the market, there will be public pressure demanding taxis to install this invention.

This invention can be a set of four parts to be mounted on individual car door of any car or taxi. It can also be a concealed equipment in manufacture cars leaving only two buttons exposed on each door inside the car cabin.
