Greek wine is becoming increasingly attractive to foreign consumers, thanks to three main reasons: the varietal wealth, the diversity of Greek terroirs and its excellent value
 
Our winery and vineyards are located in the heart of the wine region of Crete, for which there are plenty historical reports on the wine production from the ancient period.
 
Our wine history starts in 1930 and four generations are already involved in winemaking.  Our privately owned vineyards are 15 hectares and another 20 hectares that belong to local farmers are under my supervision. We do not cultivate intensively, we prefer very gentle approach both in winery and cellar.
 
Our philosophy is to work in harmony with nature, traditionally. So we are trying to take the best of these traditional methods and combine them with modern scientific knowledge.
In this way, we try to create a balance between nature and farming.
Good quality of grapes is preferred over big quantities. We also apply methods for organic farming
 
Fermentation takes place in controlled-temperature stainless still tanks (total production is 300.000 bottles) while in the cellar room close to 300 barrels are used for the maturation of the wines. These are made of special selection of oak wood, from the forest of Never and Bertrange in France, having being dried for 36 and 48 months.
Our wines are made of Cretan varieties and combine elegance with ripeness in an unforgettable wine experience. They are structured and mineral and have proved to be very age worthy as well.
 
For us wine, in its most classic sense, should be balanced, harmonious and elegant. Full of flavor but not overwhelming or overipe. This is our philosophy and these are the wines WE WANT to produce.
