WorldLight Engineering is the high-end development division of the AML Group. We offer Design and Development services to a wide variety of industries ranging from Medical through Industrial to Consumer applications. Our in-house capabilities encompass Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Software and RF Engineering as well as Aesthetic and Ergonomic Design.
We divide our R&D work into six key stages: Concept Development, Design, Prototyping, Product Engineering & Re-Engineering, Design Transfer and Manufacturing Consultancy; offering end-to-end
Development services from the point of inception to physical products coming off a factory line. The six-stage structure is designed to allow our clients the flexibility to only have the work they need doing to be done and for them to exit the development cycle wherever they see fit.
Our association with the AML Group, manufacturer of high-tech devices for nearly 4 decades, means that our work has exceptional Design for Manufacturability (DFM) with the option of our clients continuing on with our manufacturing divisions within the Group for mass production after working with us. In addition to this we have a strong, international team who have lived and worked in the markets which we now serve (including the EU, US, Canada, Australia and Japan) allowing them to understand the needs of our clients as well as how to get things done properly to fulfill these needs in China, our home and base of operations.
We are ISO13485 and ISO9001 certified and adhere to the highest compliance standards. Services we offer to our clients also include certification and registration support for clients in CE, UL, FDA and SFDA registration. We constantly strive for excellence and inspire others to do the same! This is evidenced in our numerous Remote Vendor Management projects where WorldLight is responsible for the monitoring and control of projects, belonging to foreign clients and, operated by local vendors.
