• The filing documents of your design application will be prepared after receiving your instruction;.
• Your design application will be filed with a designated IP office;.
• The filing number of your design application which is issued by the designated IP office will be report to you and the progress of your application will be reported to you from time to time;.
• Under the Paris Convention, you will have 6 months from the first filing date to maintain the novelty of your product and you can claim such priority for your subsequent design applications with other countries.
